I downloaded GrabBee for Windows 7 and installed it as the System Administrator, but then when I logged in as the actual user and just got a big black window open with nothing on it. You could not do anything with the window but move it round the screen. I had to use Task Manager to clear the running program.

Can anyone please help with this.

Audio capture only works under Windows XP or Linux. You should use your sound card input on your PC for other versions.

Can't get any audio off my video onto my PC. Anyone, any ideas? I can't find a contact email for Granbee to ask them either.
